Visual Studio at Home

So far I have used visual studio with the licences which are provided by my employers. I have got a new laptop this week and I try to make a nice platform that I can do academic writing and programming in an easy and fun way.

I have decided to try Visual Studio 2013 Express which doesn't require license. However so far I am not aware of the limitations. For developing command prompt applications, I have downloaded the Desktop version which comes with the following installation exe;

wdexpress_full.exe
